Shipping Your Order!
Reptiles, amphibians, tarantulas, and scorpions are all shipped via overnight delivery to your doorstep for a flat regardless of how many animals are on your order. For example, if you order one iguana the shipping cost and if you order 100 iguanas the shipping cost is still just thesame. The quantity, weight, and species of animal is irrelevant.
Feeder cricket and fruit fly orders are shipped via overnight UPS,DHL,FEDEX most other feeder insects are shipped via 2-3 day priority USPS within the USA, including roaches, ants, earthworms, mealworms, waxworms, hornworms, etc.
All of our live reptile, amphibian, and invertebrate order deliveries require a signature at the destination address (feeder orders do not). If no one will be available to receive the delivery, you can opt to have the package held for you at your local FedEx/UPS/USPS OR DHL facility where you can pick it up directly.

All roach, ant, earthworm, giant mealworm, mealworm, and waxworm orders are sent via USPS priority 2-3 day delivery; generally with tracking only provided upon request. Feeder orders placed after 12pm PST on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday (to ensure the insects do not sit in a facility over the weekend). If you order feeder insects on a live reptile, amphibian, tarantula, or scorpion order, please remember that your feeders will arrive separately.
We will e-mail you a tracking number (with the exception of crickets) once it becomes available to us on the evening your order is shipped (usually by 8pm EST). Please reference the shipping schedule above to note when to expect it (the “Ships on” day). Orders placed on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will be shipped the following day. If your order was placed on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Our boxes are packaged safely and securely by experts who have been shipping reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates for many years.
We work hard to keep our website fully updated with current reptile, amphibian, and invertebrate stock levels. However, there are times when we receive multiple orders for the same animal, or our website just does not get updated quickly enough. In either case, we will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, except for feeder insect orders.
We cannot hold orders for delivery at a future date. Orders are shipped in accordance with the shipping schedule.
Shipment delays do occur infrequently, and you will be notified if this does take place, generally due to inclement weather.
We ship internationally, which means country outside the United States of America such as European countries,Australia,Canada etc can order and we will ship their orders without any problem and a guarantee delivery of their order.We are well organised and all our reptiles are shipped safely with a live guarantee.
There are no deliveries on major U.S. holidays such as New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Each U.S. state has seemingly innumerable wildlife laws, and we do our due diligence in striving to adhere to each and every one. We will never knowingly ship reptiles, amphibians, or invertebrates in violation of any federal, state, or local law. Do your research before placing an order, and ask us if you want us to make an exception as we believe everyone should have the right to what they truly desire.
Orders can be easily canceled prior to shipment. However, if the package ships, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be made. We will do all we can to work with you in these situations.
